Bianca M. Forde, Esq. is a seasoned litigator, fearless advocate, and justice warrior. After spending nearly one decade representing global entities in high-stakes, complex legal disputes—domestically and abroad—Bianca joined the ranks of federal prosecution motivated by a desire to do justice.
As an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Bianca investigated, indicted, and tried a wide variety of cases at the local and federal levels. Through her work, she learned first-hand that there is nothing simple about the multitude of factors that lead one to become entangled in the criminal justice system.
Bianca also observed that prosecutors are best positioned to speak out against the policies and practices that disproportionately impact the poor, black and brown. Refusing to be the pawn of a misguided system, Bianca became an outspoken advocate from the inside—pushing boundaries and, at times—in the words of the late Honorable John Lewis—getting into some “good trouble.”
While Bianca recently left the public sector, she continues to believe that justice-minded prosecutors can lead the next wave of criminal justice reform, should they remain conscious of the values that must guide them. Whether you are an aspiring lawyer or prosecutor, a current prosecutor, or a community member interested in using your local ballot box to select prosecutors who mirror your values, Bianca invites you to join the movement, and participate in the creation of a system that we can be proud of for generations to come.
